the internet revolution in afghanistan

Apparently, Kabul has wide wireless internet coverage, one of the few cities in the world to have that. BBC has done a very interesting programme of the presence and effect of the internet in Afghanistan, which I just watched. What particularly stood out for me is how so many people speak English. I guess nine years of American presence has done that!
